HairTec Barbershop & Salon is a modern and inclusive salon dedicated to providing exceptional services and support for beauty professionals. We are currently hiring and offering flexible booth rentals on a daily and weekly basis. Our open positions include barbers, cosmetologists, braiders, hairstylists, natural hair specialists, makeup artists (MUAs), lash technicians, and wig installers. New hires can enjoy a special move-in promotion of one free month of rent!

HairTec Barbershop & Salon is located at 6 Woodward Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854, in the vibrant area of South Norwalk. This location is ideal for both our current operations and future growth. The space is large enough to accommodate 15 stylists, providing ample room for expansion as we continue to grow.

The salon also includes a classroom for students, aligning with our mission to help individuals start new careers in the beauty industry.

We are located near key landmarks such as Sono train station , The Sono Collection Mall, the beach, veterans park and on the local city bus line. Parking is located directly on front of the salon offering easy access to our building for clients and professionals. This prime location offers both convenience and potential for continued success and growth.

The Role - Barber, Hair Stylist, Braider, Loctician, Nail Technician and Lash Technician

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

For Barbers - CT State Cosmetology or Barber License is Required

For Hairstylist - CT State Cosmetology License

For Braiders - minimum of 1 year prior experience 

For Locticians - minimum of 1 year prior experience 

For Nail Technicians - minimum of 1 year prior experience or certification

For Lash Technicians - minimum of 1 year prior experience or certification

Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Ability To Work Well With Others, Ability To Work On Your Own, Ability To Work Well With Your Hands
